Do It Online

Your Medical Records Online

Patients can now access a summary of their medical records online. You can register for this by bringing two forms of ID to your surgery (one photo ID and a separate proof of address). The Reception staff will then be able to register you for this service. Once you are registered, you will be able to order repeat medications and book appointments online.
