Are you aged 65 years or over, or born before 1.4.1959?

Are you aged 18-64 years old and in any of these ‘at risk’ groups?

Diabetes          COPD          Asthma          Chronic Heart Disease         Chronic Kidney Disease          Chronic Liver Disease

Neurological condition          Carer          Pregnant          Spleen problems          BMI greater than 40          Immunocompromised

Household contacts of immunocompromised patients                    Frontline health and social care workers

If the answer to any of the above is yes, then you are eligible for the vaccination. To receive your flu vaccination, please come along to either of our drop-in clinics on:-
Saturday 23rd September 8.45am – 1pm
(no appointment necessary) – White Horse Health Centre
Wednesday 4th October 09:00am – 11am (no appointment necessary) – Jubilee Hall, Bratton
We ask that you do not arrive early for this clinic. Doors will not open until the start time.
