When we send you SMS text messages that are more than 306 characters our IT system automatically converts that in to several messages, each having up to 306 characters.
The IT system has now been updated so that any SMS that we send you which are more than 306 characters will be just sent in just one message, but there will be a link for you to click onto, to see the whole message. You will have to enter your date of birth once you have clicked.
