When you get in touch with the surgery whether by phone, eConsult or face-to-face, your journey will begin with our Reception Team who will ask for a brief outline of your symptoms. This is with the aim of getting you seen by the most relevant clinician, in a timely manner. We have a wide multiskilled team, who can handle a variety of queries that come to us, and all our staff our bound by the same patient confidentiality policies.

Medication query? We have Clinical Pharmacists who can help. Need a Fit Note? Our reception team can take the details and pass it on to a doctor. Have a minor illness? we have a team of highly skilled nurses!. You’ve been asked for a blood test, BP reading or a ECG? We have HCAs happy to see you.
